1. Gutters and Downspouts:
As spring approaches, take time to clear out leaves, pine needles, and that early pollen buildup from your gutters and downspouts to keep water flowing properly. Check for any damage, leaks, or loose connections, and make sure water is draining at least 3–4 feet away from your home to protect your foundation. Pro tip: if you’re in a high-pollen area, wait until late March or early April to clean so you only have to do it once!
2. Ceiling Fans:
Reverse fans to run clockwise (or counterclockwise depending on fan type) to ensure a downward airflow for spring
